Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Shipments are made via the main national and international couriers: Poste Italiane, Mondial Relay, InPost, Bartolini (BRT), GLS, UPS, DHL and SDA.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp containing the tracking code to monitor the delivery status.

Destinations and Shipping Costs

We ship to Italy and the following European countries :

Austria, Belgium, Czechia (Czech Republic), Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Vatican City

  • Italy:

    • Free shipping on orders of €100 or more

    • For orders under €100, shipping costs are €6

  • European countries listed above:

    • Fixed cost of €25 per order

We do not ship to PO boxes or incomplete addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Italy: 2–5 working days after shipment

  • European countries listed: 5–10 working days after shipment

Any delays due to couriers are not dependent on Luxury Dream HR .

Responsibility

Luxury Dream HR is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the courier or due to force majeure.
However, we will always do our best to assist you with any shipping or delivery issues.
