Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Shipments are made via national and international couriers (Poste Italiane, BRT, UPS, DHL, etc.) and include a tracking code sent via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €100; for smaller amounts, the cost is €6. Within the EU countries served, the fee is €25 per order. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days in Italy and 5–10 days in other EU countries.

Luxury Dream HR is not responsible for delays attributable to couriers or force majeure, but offers assistance with any delivery issues. Incomplete addresses or PO boxes are not accepted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the item does not match the description upon delivery, has problems, or is not to your liking, you must report it within 14 days of receipt.

After verification, you will be able to choose between:

• full refund of the amount paid, with return of the item;

• or, if you prefer, replacement with another available item.
