Returns and Refunds Policy – ​​Luxury Dream HR

Our customer satisfaction is at the heart of the Luxury Dream HR philosophy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return or refund as indicated below.

Return Terms

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 2011/83/EU .

For the request to be accepted, it is necessary that:

  • The product is intact , unused and undamaged

  • It must be returned in its original packaging , complete with labels, accessories and documentation

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Products Excluded from Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products , except in the case of manufacturing defects

  • Underwear, beauty and perfume items , if opened or used

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, these products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of damaged or defective items, it is necessary to report it within 48 hours of delivery , attaching:

  • Clear and detailed photographs of the item and the defect found

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

After verification, our team will offer a replacement, refund, or equivalent purchase voucher .

Refunds

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will issue the refund within 7 working days .
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
It may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

🔸 Initial shipping costs are non-refundable , except in the case of an error or defect attributable to Luxury Dream HR.
🔸 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

Final Notes

Luxury Dream HR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
In case of disputes, Italian law applies, and the competent court is that of Udine (Italy) .
